If consultation over the phone remains unsuccessful, with your authorisation we send out a technician after having located the cause of the malfunction.
Our technicians’ vehicles are equipped with emergency spare parts, including replacements for parts which have been identified as potentially defective.
If the product needs to be returned to the warehouse, we undertake the tests and repairs in our facilities. Following intervention, the technician writes a service report detailing the operation, the time spent, the parts replaced and, if necessary, notes the current refrigerant level or refrigerant added, followed by a leak-proofing check as stipulated in the regulations.
